Yes that was lucky, as within hours of getting our counter in and signed, that other counter came in and you would have had to shell out another $100,000 or lose the deal! So yes I pride myself in getting things done like it's a $10 million dollar deal every time! You have to be on top of things in this business and that is exactly what I am able to offer to my clients.
